Standard shipping: Estimated delivery 5-8 business days
International shipping: Estimated delivery 1-3 weeks
Processing Time
Currently, our processing time ranges from 1 to 7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for delays caused by customs procedures.
Address Issues
If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at hillandseasoap@gmail.com. If your order has not been shipped yet, we can fix it for you. However, once it has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
In the event that your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us. We can offer you a refund or reship the order to you, provided you are willing to cover the additional shipping cost.
If your shipping address is invalid or nonexistent at the time of shipment, we will contact you to obtain an updated shipping address. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours will result in automatic cancellation of the order.
